I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The location was fantastic, right next to shopping malls and central sites like the KLCC tower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which truly enhanced my experience. though the breakfast options were average, leaning more towards Asian dishes. Overall, I would definitely consider returning once renovations are completed.

Rooms
8.0
The Deluxe King Room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The room provided a good sleeping environment, and the shower worked fine. though I did miss having an iron in the room.
Service
10.0
The staff were a highlight during my stay. They were extremely attentive and friendly, making the check-in and check-out process effortless. Their warm demeanor really set the tone of my visit.
Location
9.0
I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was conveniently situated close to shopping centers and cultural landmarks, and I appreciated that it wasn’t right in the bustle of Bukit Bintang, offering some peace and tranquility.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast buffet was average, with a limited selection that was somewhat mediocre. while I was expecting a wider variety typical of Malaysian hotels. However, the nearby restaurants offered plenty of delicious options.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent and met my needs well, including efficient room service and internet connection. However, the ongoing renovations caused some noise during the day in the reception area and bar.

I had a lovely stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre, enjoying the great location near Pavilion and Suria KLCC. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience enjoyable, though I did notice a few areas needing improvement, like the gym and dining menu options. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, with some hiccups that didn't overshadow my visit.

Rooms
8.0
I was fortunate to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms, which were clean and modern. However, I did hear some complaints from others about older rooms that hadn't yet been updated.
Service
9.0
The hotel's staff were exceptionally helpful, always remembering my coffee choices and providing cheerful service. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
Location
10.0
The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to both Pavilion and KLCC via the air-conditioned overpass, making it very convenient for shopping.
Dining
7.0
While the dining experience was decent, the menu could benefit from more vegetarian options, as some dishes were more geared toward Asian cuisine and not particularly appealing to all tastes.
Facilities
7.0
Although a few facilities like the gym and lounge were under renovation, this didn't disrupt my stay, and the pool area looked quite inviting even though I didn’t get to use it.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk to Pavillion KL shopping mall which made exploring the area easy. However, I faced several issues with the check-in process and the lack of effective communication from the staff, which detracted from my enjoyment. The cleanliness of the room was also a concern, but some aspects, like the breakfast, were enjoyable.

Rooms
6.0
The Deluxe King Room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and good WiFi. However, my room wasn't as clean as I hoped, with remnants from previous guests left on the floor.
Service
5.0
While some staff, like the concierge, were helpful and friendly, there were significant issues during check-in and with communication throughout my stay. I found it frustrating that my requests for basic amenities were sometimes ignored.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is its strongest point; it's ideally situated within walking distance to major shopping centres like Pavilion and Suria KLCC, making it perfect for those looking to explore.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was really good, but I found the dining menu overall lacking in choices and quality, which was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
There were some nice amenities like room service and housekeeping, but I encountered difficulties with the elevator key cards, which added stress to my overall experience.

6.6/10

My stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre was overall enjoyable, especially due to the fantastic location and great service. The newly renovated deluxe room was comfortable and offered a good breakfast selection. However, there were some minor inconveniences such as limited parking and a few quirks with room maintenance that could be improved.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a newly renovated deluxe room that was quite comfortable and nicely decorated. However, I did experience some issues, like a strong cooking smell in one of the rooms initially assigned to me.
Service
7.0
The service was generally great, with friendly and helpful staff. However, I did encounter a few moments where the check-in process felt slower than expected.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is amazing, just steps away from Pavilion Shopping Center. It's conveniently placed near various attractions without being right in the busy area's chaos.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and Western dishes. The food was well presented, and I appreciated the option of dining in the quieter Premium Lounge.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities, including the Premium Lounge for evening cocktails, added to my experience. A few minor maintenance issues were noticeable during my stay, but nothing that severely impacted my overall comfort.

7.2/10

My stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre was a mix of highs and lows. While the location is fantastic and the staff were friendly, I encountered issues with amenities that severely impacted my experience. Given the mix of feelings, it wasn't quite the getaway I had hoped for.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and well-equipped, with good Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. However, I noticed that the TV could've been larger; a 32" screen just didn't cut it for me.
Service
6.0
The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any requests. However, the management's handling of my issues left much to be desired.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near Bukit Bintang and Pavilion, making it super easy to explore the city. Probably one of the best features of my stay.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast offered a decent variety, but I found some of the food, like the fruits, to be less than fresh. Plus, my experience with the cocktails was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
While the facilities seemed adequate, certain promised amenities were unavailable during my stay, which made it frustrating. The pool area needed better signage too.
